Yellow Alert Advisory for strong winds expected to central atolls from 17/0730 - 17/1000 hrs
The Maldives Meteorological Services forecast average strong winds of 30 - 40 mph to central Atolls from 17/0730 - 17/1000 hrs. The Islands of central Atolls should immediately take preparedness actions to minimize losses caused by a possible flooding event.
