The Maldives Meteorological Services has forecast torrential rain with heavy thunderstorms between Laamu to Gaafu Dhaalu Atolls From 15/0900 - 15/1200 hrs. The islands of Laamu & Gaafu Dhaalu Atolls should immediately take preparedness actions to minimize losses caused by a possible flooding event.Attached please find the Advisory issued by NDMC.
